Executive Chef, Mississippi Center of Excellence (COE)
SUMMARY:
The Executive Chef, COE, serves as a culinary Trusted Advisor and Brand Ambassador, based at our headquarters in Vicksburg, MS. This role manages the corporate kitchen and culinary training center, hosting major corporate events, customer visits, and hands-on training sessions. The chef is also central to supporting product development, working closely with engineering and product management teams to test equipment and contribute to design improvements, product innovation, and recipe creation/testing.
Key responsibilities include overseeing culinary applications, training, facility operations, development of culinary internship program, and field culinary and sales support. The chef develops tools such as demo kits, training modules, video libraries, and best practices to enhance product awareness and user experience. They also lead culinary activities including webinars, in-person events, and collaboration with rep chefs and industry partners to support sales and brand growth.
A deep understanding of end-user challenges is essential to translate operational needs into product solutions. The chef will report on activities monthly, manage budgets and resources, and represent the brand through trade shows, meetings, and direct engagement with influencers and customers. While focused on the Vicksburg territory, support across regions may be required based on strengths and business needs.
