The Corporate Banking North America Business Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive strategic and finance support to the Corporate Banking North America bankers. The individual will develop the future strategy of the business in partnership with the business head and industry heads, and will provide day-to-day support for the overall business agenda. The person will report to the head of business management for Corporate Banking North America.

Develop business strategy and influence growth
Establish business priorities and ensure their delivery
Influence plans to optimize business performance
Manage business risks
Influence strategic agenda and deliverables for Corporate Banking North America leadership and senior Finance & Business Management (F&BM) management. Gather, analyze and present data and findings to facilitate decision making and business progression
Coordinate financial management including: pipeline oversight and projections, forecasts, annual budgets, revenue reconciliation and expense management
Review the competitive landscape and analyze the market position of North America to develop growth strategies for Treasury Services, Corporate Finance, Markets, Securities Services and other wholesale banking products
Collaborate across product partners, sales teams and business managers to identify client opportunities to help execute business plans
Coordination of the client agenda - client selection and coverage, prioritization, relationship status, growth opportunities, and performance metrics
Influence production of financial reporting and ad hoc financial analytics and data modeling
Provide oversight to ensure the group adheres to the control and governance policies and procedures
Participate in special projects and working groups by providing thought leadership and acting as champion of the business
Act as trusted advisor and counterweight to Corporate Banking North America bankers
