A boutique law firm in Chicago is seeking a Corporate Transactional Attorney to join its team at the Senior Associate or Junior Partner level.
Position Details & Benefits

- Compensation: $175,000 – $225,000 base salary plus generous bonus structure based on origination fees, billable hours, etc.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience practicing Corporate Transactional Law
- Portable book of business generating at least $350k annually highly preferred
