ASSIGNMENT
Monitor the pipeline and manage forecasts in line with commercial strategies and factory capabilities.
The goal is to have a global cooling forecast for the cooling production plant with a focus on Motivair

 

ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor the Pipeline using the dedicated file and through BFo and related dashboards.
  • Align Forecast Owners (FO) on lead times (LT) and any supply chain (SC) issues.
  • Categorize projects and assign the correct priority based on BFo information and inputs shared by the BD teams, local FOs, and the C&SP segment teams.
  • Align internally with the SC teams on potential incoming orders and define all preventive actions needed to win the projects.
  • Actively contribute to the preparation of the part file.
  • Share forecasts with suppliers.
  • Share incoming projects weekly during the SIOP meeting to keep all stakeholders aligned.
  • Align with the ETO team to reserve potential design slots.
  • Align with the SC teams to secure production capacity.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement plans and actions, particularly within the SPS (Schneider Production System), the company’s industrial management framework.
  • Maintain contact through monthly meetings with FOs to gather the information required to monitor the pipeline.
  • Maintain contact with various KAMs for VIP customers.
  • Identify and inform relevant stakeholders of potential production peaks or gaps.
  • Monitor FAT scheduling to avoid overlaps.
  • Attend weekly workload meetings and highlight any critical issues.
  • Comply with internal regulations and reference standards for Health, Safety, and Environment, raising awareness and reporting problems or anomalies. In particular: strictly use the required PPE for your role, follow pedestrian pathways, and pay attention to handling and transport vehicles operating inside and outside the facilities.
  • Comply with contractual rules, company policies, the 5S process, SPS (Schneider Production System) requirements, and the Quality and Environmental Management System.
  • Participate in and contribute to daily or weekly meetings between Production and Supply Chain (production progress and invoicing).
  • Ensure that activities are carried out in full compliance with the quality requirements defined by the company and those requested by the customer.

For this position, the expected compensation range is $68,000 - $102,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

 

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
