Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cooler Picker role based in Springfield, OH. The Cooler Picker will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and organizing products for customer orders. Additional responsibilities include ensuring timely order preparation while following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Experience with order fulfillment
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
• Strong physical stamina to lift and move products as required
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to meet shifting priorities and deadlines
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
