As a Cook II, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality culinary experiences for weddings, corporate events, and large-scale functions.You will be executing high-volume banquet production with consistency, timing, and attention to detail across plated and buffet service. Following Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure accuracy in preparation, presentation, and execution. Maintaining strong quality and presentation standards while producing large quantities under tight timelines. Supporting prep and production for multiple events, often running simultaneously. Communicating effectively with culinary and front-of-house teams to keep service flowing seamlessly. Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment at all times. Adapting quickly to changes in timing, guest counts, and special requests. Along with other tasks you will be supporting the hotel's other restaurant operations as needed.
The hourly rate for this position is $28.91/hr.

  • Previous banquet or high-volume kitchen experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of kitchen fundamentals, knife skills, and cooking techniques
  • Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills

  • Commitment to quality, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
  • Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must have full open availability including weekends and holidays
