What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on, high-impact engineering role where no two days are the same:

  • Design and develop controls systems for automated machinery
  • Program, test, and bring systems to life during commissioning
  • Collaborate with electrical, assembly, and service teams to execute designs
  • Create and modify robot simulations for new and existing systems
  • Support customer startups and troubleshoot real-world challenges
  • Travel (~10–15%) to support installations and system performance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and next-generation automation solutions


What Makes You a Fit

You’re not just technical—you’re curious, driven, and solution-oriented:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of experience in controls engineering within manufacturing or automation
  • Experience with PLC programming, system design, and commissioning
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset—you enjoy solving complex problems
  • Bonus: Project management experience or robotics exposure
