We’re looking for a Controls Engineer who thrives on solving real-world problems and keeping automated systems running at peak performance. If you enjoy working hands-on with industrial equipment, improving processes, and seeing your work directly impact production, this role might be for you.
What You’ll DoDesign, program, and optimize PLC-based control systems
Develop and maintain HMI/SCADA interfaces for operators
Troubleshoot automation issues on the plant floor and implement long-term fixes
Lead and support equipment upgrades and new system installations
Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams
Improve system efficiency, uptime, and safety through smart automation solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
3–7+ years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering
Hands-on experience with PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
Familiarity with:
Industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, etc.)
Electrical schematics and control panels
Process control systems
Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with robotics or motion control systems
Exposure to continuous improvement or Lean manufacturing
SCADA or data integration experience
Work on high-impact automation projects that actually get implemented
