Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Controller, based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Controller will oversee all financial operations, including managing budgets, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities also include monitoring financial performance, implementing effective accounting processes, and collaborating with leadership to guide financial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements and analyzing financial data
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accounting standards
• Experience with construction accounting software, Sage100 is a plus
• Experience working with Procore and knowledge of system integrations
• Ability to lead and manage a team, with strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in a financial leadership role is preferred
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus
