Controller (Manufacturing) | Greater Madison, WI

We’re partnering with a growing, privately held manufacturing company looking to hire a hands-on Controller reporting directly to the CEO.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of the accounting function while helping the business scale and improve financial processes.

What you’ll do:

• Own month-end close, GL, and financial reporting
• Oversee inventory and cost accounting (standard costing)
• Partner with leadership on budgeting and forecasting
• Build and improve processes, reporting, and visibility across the business
• Work closely with operations to drive performance and efficiency

What they’re looking for:

• Manufacturing accounting experience
• Strong understanding of inventory and standard costing
• Background as a Controller, Plant Controller, or Accounting Manager
• Hands-on, team-oriented mindset

Comp is flexible depending on experience, with bonus potential.
