Controller

We are partnering with a growing real estate platform seeking a Controller to oversee all accounting and financial reporting across a multi-entity portfolio. This role works closely with operations and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting and consolidated financial reporting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in line with GAAP.
• Manage accounting for acquisitions, dispositions, and capital projects.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Partner with property management on operational and revenue reporting.
• Oversee lender reporting, compliance, and external relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of real estate accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity structures.
• Experience with property management/accounting systems.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
