Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Our customer depends on consistent & sustainable logistics service provision stay competitive in the market
- Control Tower Analysts serve as the main point of contact for LG Electronics USA and are responsible for providing on-time communication or resolution.
- Operation KPI monitoring and reporting
- Respond to inquiries from LG Electronics USA (mainly regarding order status)
- Communication about Order progress, Delivery Status, ETA communication
- Daily progress report by BU(HA, HE, BS/AS), Sales Risk and Plan
- Create and submit weekly Operation KPI Result
- Plan information communication among WH's, internal department and customer
- Create and submit monthly 'Logistics/Transportation Market Trend' report
- Data driven operation
- Process driven operation
- Create and update organization directory (for departments related to operations)

- Inquiry response speed and precision
- Update acquisition speed and precision
- Issue Mgmt. logging speed and precision
- Weekly Transportation Issue Summary quality
- Weekly Voice of Customer report quality
- Monthly Logistics/Transportation Market Trend report quality
Education and/or Work Related Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years experience in data entry
- 5+ years of customer service in logistics, transportation, supply chain or procurement
- Need to travel to the cities where our DC's and customers are for meetings
- Ability to work occasional overtime hours
Skills in Demand:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (intermediate or better preferred)
- Experience with Supply Chain Management systems (TMS, WMS preferred)
- Strong communication and detail oriented (Data Analysis Tool- Tableau, Excel and etc)
- Problem solving, critical thinking, ability to prioritize time-sensitive situations
- Team player
