POSITION SUMMARYHave contract management experience? Have experience managing vendor client relationships? The Illinois Department of Central Management Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as the Contracts/Obligations Manager in the Bureau of Property Management. Under general direction of the Assistant Fiscal Officer, this managerial position will oversee General Recurring/Monthly Services for the agency's leased and owned facilities and property leases to ensure proper filing and maintaining service contracts that are vital to business partner and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate should possess experience in fiscal, financial, and leasing principals and practices, have strong analytical oral/written communication, and also possess advanced experience in Microsoft Office software.
