Contracts Administrator (temporary)

Beacon Hill Legal’s client, a construction company located in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a Contracts Administrator for a 4 month contract coverage, with the potential to extend.


Candidates must be comfortable commuting to the office in Denver five times a week and be able to work between 8:30 am to 5 pm. Pay rate is dependent on experience.


Responsibilities

  • Support administration of contracts from pre-award through closeout, including customer contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements
  • Track key contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, and notice deadlines using internal systems and logs
  • Maintain organized and accurate contract files, ensuring all documentation is complete, current, and easily accessible
  • Assist with contract setup, data entry, and document uploads in contract management systems (e.g., HighQ, ERP platforms)


Reporting & Process Support

  • Generate routine reports on contract status, key dates, and compliance tracking
  • Assist in monitoring subcontractor and vendor documentation (insurance, lien waivers, certifications, bonds)
  • Provide general administrative support to Legal staff.
