A growing organization in the equipment and service industry is seeking a high-volume Recruiter to join their San Antonio team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential to convert full-time after 6 months.
This role will focus on recruiting for skilled technician positions including heavy equipment technicians, field service technicians, shop technicians, and power generation technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
- Recruit for high-volume blue-collar and technician roles
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and gain hiring buy-in
- Partner closely with a collaborative recruiting team
- Maintain recruiting activity and candidate pipelines within the ATS
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Experience recruiting for blue-collar, skilled trades, or technician roles preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Team-oriented mindset with adaptability across different personalities
