Contract Recruiting Specialist

We are seeking a contract Recruiting Specialist to support our Robert Half Administrative and Customer Support teams for an engagement lasting 4-6 months. In this key role, you will help us identify, engage, and place top administrative and customer support talent, while delivering exceptional service to both candidates and our broader client base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to proactively recruit, interview, and place administrative and customer support professionals in contract or contract to hire positions.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service and act as a trusted resource to candidates, offering consistent communication and career guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring alignment with hiring needs and organizational goals.
  • Expand our organizational presence by participating in industry associations, networking events, and other business development activities within the local community.
  • Create and update candidate profiles within Salesforce.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with the onboarding of new candidates.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and achieve weekly business growth objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 0- 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred.
  • Highly self-motivated, with exceptional communication skills, perseverance, self-confidence, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
