As a Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Your responsibilities will include:

Utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with team members in patient care
Administering prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing standards and state laws
Documenting care according to standards of care
Developing and executing patient care plans tailored to individual needs
Participating in performance improvement activities and shared governance
Providing clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments
Utilizing critical thinking for patient safety and escalating issues as needed

Requirements:

Current WI License and CPR/BLS certification
Flu vaccination required
Education verification
Travel RN may be required to float to other units
Need 1 year experience in setting
