Join our healthcare partner's ICU team, where you'll work in a Level II Trauma Center with a focus on providing exceptional care to patients with complex needs. This role offers the chance to work with advanced medical technologies and collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals.

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a 16-bed ICU unit
• Manage complex cases including traumas, neuro surgeries, and post-operative recoveries
• Administer and titrate critical drips such as Precedex, pressors, and sedation medications
• Collaborate with intensivists, hospitalists, and respiratory therapists available 24/7
• Participate in bedside procedures and assist with organ recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Allscripts charting system

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required; PALS preferred
• Experience in Level I or Level II Trauma Centers with hospitals of 300+ beds
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Proficiency in interpreting telemonitor strips
• Experience with CRRT and sheath pulling highly preferred
