Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Contract Documentation Specialist III to join our dynamic team. This position is based in a hybrid environment, requiring remote work on Mondays and Fridays and onsite presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The contract is for one year, contingent upon performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the objectives of the Trade Program Solutions (TPS) team by facilitating the creation, negotiation, and maintenance of specialty pharmacy contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Distributor Services Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Interact with various stakeholders such as Market Access, Trade Marketing, Legal, and other Market Access contract stakeholders to build strong business relationships.
  • Serve as a contract subject matter expert and liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify, establish, develop, and maintain appropriate administrative processes to ensure compliance with contracting policies and programs.
  • Support contracting requests by preparing templated contracts and amendments, including term extensions.
  • Develop and negotiate contract language to secure long-term agreements with external customers.
  • Ensure accurate management of contracts across platforms including Shared Drive, SmartSheets, and Pramata.
  • Facilitate distribution of letters and notices to customers in support of contractual and legal notice requirements.
  • Research issues, address inquiries, and provide support to TPS Program Managers regarding SOWs, SOW invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Continuously interact with Market Access, Trade Marketing, Account Executives, OEC, Government Pricing, Legal, Pharmacovigilance, and specialty pharmacies as needed.
Essential Skills
  • 5 years of progressive contracting and finance/accounting experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  • Robust attention to detail in documentation creation.
  • Ability to review and identify data and document discrepancies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong personal computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SmartSheets. Pramata experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities and due dates, often with shifting priorities under tight time constraints.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can translate broad directions into high-quality analytical output.
  • Ability to gather data from a variety of sources for document and report preparation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is required, with a BA/BS in a business discipline preferred.
  • Experience in contract analysis, redlines, and contract process management.
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders to complete a contract.

The work environment is hybrid, requiring remote work on Mondays and Fridays and onsite presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The role involves frequent interaction with various internal and external stakeholders, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The position demands adherence to strict deadlines, requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $44.00/hr.
