  • In this role, you will ensure contract-pricing data is accurately loaded based on customer specifications while maintaining compliance with vendor rules regarding customer eligibility and pricing accuracy. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, contract review capabilities, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Essential FunctionsDemonstrate advanced knowledge of pricing and membership agreements
  • Review complex legal agreements and identify required action items
  • Analyze supplier contract bid awards to determine appropriate system hierarchical positioning for accurate customer access
  • Manage complex supplier and customer pricing agreements
  • Review and analyze supplier/customer contracts to ensure compliance with agreements
  • Determine member access to contract pricing based on required customer criteria
  • Manage assigned supplier/customer portfolios and resolve pricing or membership discrepancies
  • Work cross-functionally to support strategic and intercompany pricing requirements
  • Support SME review of partner agreements to ensure business-aligned language
  • Ensure timely and accurate implementation of new and amended pricing and membership agreements
  • Analyze pricing and membership data to identify trends, gaps, and corrective actions
  • Review escalated issues and resolve within established timelines
  • Coordinate new team member training and evaluate progress
  • Review credit/debit requests for validity and accuracy
  • Review submitted reports and ensure corrective action is completed
  • Partner with business intelligence teams to create and maintain reports
  • Assign incoming requests to appropriate team work queues
  • Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements
  • Research escalated supplier/customer pricing and membership claims and resolve discrepancies
  • Provide training, support, and best practice guidance to team members
  • Collaborate on projects to improve workflows, systems, and operational efficiency
  • Required Skills / Non-Negotiable QualificationsModern ERP Software (SAP and/or Oracle) – REQUIRED
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills, including Excel formulas and spreadsheet analysis – REQUIRED
  • 3+ Years of Experience in a B2B Manufacturing / Distribution Environment – REQUIRED
  • Additional Required SkillsStrong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Pricing and membership eligibility experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
  • Ability to manage timelines and meet vendor-specific deadlines
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is imperative
  • EducationRequired: High School Diploma / GED
  • Preferred: Associate Degree or Higher
