The Supply Chain Contract Administrator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contractor agreements, ensuring contracts are accurate, compliant, and processed in accordance with company standards. This includes drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and tracking Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), pipeline, facilities construction contracts, and purchase order (PO) agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and process contracts, amendments, and related documentation
- Identify contractual risks and non-standard terms; provide markups and recommendations
- Coordinate contract review workflows across legal, insurance, safety, and compliance teams
- Ensure proper authorization, documentation, and system tracking of agreements
- Maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external contract-related inquiries
- Partner with audit, tax, and accounting teams
- Support reporting, audits, and special projects
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of contract administration or legal assistant experience (EPC or construction preferred)
- Strong knowledge of contract terms, risk identification, and document accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and Track Changes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required
- Oil & gas industry experience preferred
