Continuous Improvement Specialist

As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our warehouse and logistics operations. You will serve as a key change agent, helping sites achieve and exceed performance standards through the implementation of CEVA’s industry-leading continuous improvement programs, including Site Classification Assessment (SCA), Business Process Kaizen, and CEVA Way training initiatives.

In this highly visible role, you will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and create sustainable process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. Your contributions will help shape the "CEVA Way" by establishing reliable, standardized processes and empowering teams to embrace continuous improvement as part of their daily operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• Serve as the site-level trainer and coach for Lean methodologies and Kaizen principles.
• Drive the facility’s Kaizen Program, including idea generation, employee engagement, and achievement of site goals.
• Facilitate and lead continuous improvement projects that deliver measurable operational results.
• Support operational implementations and process enhancements across the facility or campus.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Conduct internal SCA/TCA assessments to evaluate operational performance and compliance.
• Develop and execute action plans to address assessment gaps and improve site performance.
• Partner closely with site leadership to ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained.
• Maintain compliance with CEVA operational standards, processes, and guidelines.
• Update site cost models to reflect process improvements and operational changes.

Develop and Empower Teams

• Deliver CEVA Way training programs and continuous improvement education.
• Support new hire onboarding and Lean methodology training initiatives.
• Act as a trusted resource and coach for employees and leaders on continuous improvement best practices.
• Assist in developing impactful customer-facing and internal business presentations.

Foster Innovation and Sustainability

• Collaborate with Innovation Ambassadors to pilot and implement emerging technologies and innovative solutions.
• Champion environmental sustainability and green initiatives within the facility.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams supporting strategic business objectives.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education, training, or experience will also be considered.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or a related environment preferred.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, continuous improvement, process optimization, or operational excellence initiatives is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate change, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
