Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Continuous Improvement Engineer, based in Winter Haven, FL. The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, analyzing operational workflows, enhancing efficiency, ensuring operational excellence, and driving projects focused on productivity and cost reduction. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying industrial engineering principles, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Analytical Skills and data-driven decision-making
• Expertise in Operational Excellence and Process Improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles and their application in a logistics environment
• Strong Project Management skills to lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in the warehousing or supply chain industries is an advantage
