Content Manager

SAYN is looking to hire a Content Manager with deep beauty and lifestyle experience to own our

social presence end-to-end — strategy, production, and performance. You’ll primarily support

SAYN while also creating content for other brands in our portfolio, which means adapting

quickly across different brand voices, audiences, and platforms.


This covers the full loop: building the content plan, showing up on set, filming and editing short-

form video and photography, producing paid ad creatives, publishing across TikTok, Instagram,

and LinkedIn, and tracking what performs. You set the direction and execute it.


What you’ll do:

Social Media

• Own TikTok & Instagram — strategy, content calendar, posting, voice, and growth

• Concept and create platform-native content for each channel: short-form video and Reels

for TikTok and Instagram; carousels, and video

• Write hooks and captions that sound like the brand — distinct across each brand in the

portfolio


Content Production

• Manage shoots end-to-end — pre-production, logistics, call sheets, and on-set direction

• Film and photograph lifestyle and product content across multiple brand aesthetics

• Direct talent on camera: make them comfortable, pull the good takes, keep things moving


Ad Creatives

• Produce paid social creatives in collaboration with the advertising team

• Test angles, hooks, and formats — use results to inform the next round

• Maintain a library of high-performing creative assets across the brand portfolio


Strategy & Performance

• Build monthly content plans grounded in brand goals, platform trends, and audience

insights

• Track the metrics that matter

• Stay current on algorithm changes across consumer and professional platforms


Who you are:

• 3–5 years of experience in content strategy and creation for beauty, lifestyle, or wellness

brands

• A portfolio or reel of short-form video and photography you shot and edited yourself

• Proven experience across TikTok & Instagram. You understand what works differently on

each

• Strong photographer and videographer: you can adapt your visual style to different brand

aesthetics

• Skilled editor: Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent

• You don’t wait for direction — you identify what’s needed and go build it

• Strong communicator — clear in a brief, sharp on a shoot, collaborative with cross-

functional teams

• Exceptional attention to detail and time management across concurrent projects
