Title: Digital Content Catalog Managers

  • Duration – Contract through EOY + extensions into 2027


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

  • Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.


Must-haves:

  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise-level, consumer-facing digital content management (High-traffic e-commerce experience is a plus).
  • Expert-level knowledge of JIRA or equivalent enterprise workflow/defect management tools.
  • Proven experience working with Enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., backend E-commerce Catalog (Oracle), IBM Web commerce, Digital Catalog Manager (Technotree) Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Contentful, or proprietary systems).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening/weekend support for major product launches or promotional "Go-Live" events.
  • Deep understanding of web architecture and how data feeds (pricing/inventory) impact the UI.

Day-to-Day:

As a Digital Content Catalog Manager, you will lead the end-to-end production of digital content across enterprise-level commerce platforms. You aren't just managing assets; you are the architect of the content lifecycle. You will leverage a deep understanding of site architecture, system integrations, and product offerings to ensure seamless customer experiences. This role requires a high degree of change tolerance, technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members while driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Content Execution: Lead the setup and management of complex product and commerce-focused content (merchandising, promotions, and dynamic assets) across multiple CMS environments.
  • Workflow Leadership: Act as a power user of JIRA and other workflow tools to manage high-volume implementation requirements, set priorities, and bridge communication between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing: Own the pre-production and production testing lifecycle. Ensure 100% accuracy and adherence to requirements before any content hits Value web sites and/or mobile apps.
  • Systems Integration & Troubleshooting: Navigate and debug complex system integrations, including pricing engines, inventory feeds, and plan/feature data that impact the online experience.
  • Process Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks in the content supply chain. Design and implement solutions to improve the "volume, velocity, and quality" of content delivery.
  • Mentorship & Documentation: Train new hires on best practices and institutional knowledge. Own the creation and maintenance of the "Source of Truth" documentation for all content management processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure content requirements are technically feasible and aligned with brand standards.
