At Planet Aid, our drivers are essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and safely. We’re looking for a CDL A Container Driver who takes pride in their work, values safety, and enjoys being on the road while making a difference in the community.
What you’ll do:- Safely operate a CDL A semi-truck (cab and trailer) to transport material containers
- Load, transport, and unload containers using a pallet jack
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery at designated customer locations
- Navigate a variety of environments, including driveways, alleyways, lots, and high-traffic roadways
- Secure containers properly to ensure safe transport and unloading
- Follow all company, OSHA, and DOT safety regulations and procedures
- Coordinate with operations and team members to maintain efficient routes and workflow
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance or operational issues promptly
- Deliver excellent service while representing Planet Aid in the field
What we’re looking for:- Valid CDL Class A license
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Ability to operate heavy-duty trucks and equipment confidently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in varying road and weather conditions
