Pay Range: $37-41.5/hr on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Job Description
Associate Manager, Global Consumer Marketing - Toys and Games
• Min 3-5 years experience.
• Support development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer insights.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity, and regularly reporting back to inform team strategy and keep brands current.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (Product, Franchise, Retail, PR, Media, Social) to support cohesive campaign execution.
• Own key components of project execution, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination to ensure on-time, on-strategy delivery.
• Develop compelling presentation materials for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Equip internal and external partners with brand tools and assets (toolkits, guidelines, updates) to enable strong and consistent execution globally.
• Manage and execute product sample distribution for influencers and partners, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign needs.
• Leverage emerging tools (including AI) to enhance creative development, efficiency, and marketing effectiveness.
