Key Responsibilities
• Independently manage consumer litigation matters from case intake through final resolution.
• Serve as first chair counsel in litigation proceedings and jury trials.
• Develop litigation strategy and oversee case preparation.
• Conduct settlement negotiations to resolve disputes efficiently.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct discovery and manage case documentation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients regarding litigation progress and case strategy.

Qualifications
• 3–6 years of experience as a Consumer Litigation Associate Attorney or General Litigation Attorney.
• Demonstrated experience managing litigation matters independently.
• Experience leading litigation cases and preparing matters for trial.
• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong client communication.
• Texas Bar required and active license to practice law in Texas.
