Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience;
Strong capabilities in consumer research, data interpretation, and analysis;
Excellent analytical skills with strong curiosity about users, markets, and business challenges; ability to uncover key user needs through in-depth research;
Strong curiosity, innovative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and self-driven motivation;
Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners and influence stakeholders to translate insights into action;
Keen insight into consumer trends, with the ability to provide independent judgments and strategic recommendations on future consumer behaviors and category development based on data analysis and market research;
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
