Key Responsibilities


• Appear in court multiple times per week to represent clients in litigation matters

• Review claims, pleadings, and filings for compliance and accuracy

• Draft, review, and argue motions; conduct trials and arbitrations

• Manage communications with opposing counsel and relevant parties

• Handle discovery, including preparing and responding to requests and counterclaims

• Support all phases of the litigation process from case intake through resolution

• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely handling of deadlines

Qualifications


• 0–5 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney or related role

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Admission to the Missouri Bar required; Kansas Bar desirable

• Must hold a Kansas or Indiana license

• Open to candidates from various practice areas with strong litigation interest

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (Collection Master experience preferred)

• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
