Construction Worker

We are seeking a skilled Construction General Laborer to join our team. This role involves interpreting blueprints, maintaining equipment, preparing work sites, and collaborating with team members to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate cuts.
• Implement and follow strict safety protocols to manage dust, debris, and prevent accidents from powerful equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections on cutting tools and machinery to ensure they are in good working order.
• Prepare work areas by measuring and marking lines, and sometimes clearing and leveling surfaces before cutting.
• Work closely with other construction professionals, project managers, and team members to coordinate tasks, meet project timelines, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Inspect job sites to identify potential hazards and determine the most effective and safest cutting methods.

• Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery.
• Experience in construction and general labor.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Experience in concrete and carpentry work.
• Reliability and punctuality are a must.
• Ability to work hard in outdoor environments.

Work Environment

This position requires working outdoors in potentially dirty conditions. The role involves physical labor and using powerful equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and organized work site.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Appleton, WI.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
