Construction Technician

Our client is a national leader in ice rink construction, building arenas across the U.S. They are hiring entry‑level Technicians who want steady work, long hours, and paid travel while learning a unique trade.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with installing ice rinks, including:
  • Pipe layout
  • Sand and grading work
  • Vapor barrier installation
  • Insulation and subfloor preparation
• Use hand and power tools daily.
• Work as part of a traveling crew on 2–3 week indoor projects.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience in construction, landscaping, concrete, or outdoor labor.
• Comfortable with hand/power tools and reading a tape measure.
• Ability to travel for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to the MN shop.
• Willingness to obtain a DOT physical card.

Schedule & Travel

• Monday–Saturday, 50–60 hours per week.
• Projects nationwide: MN, WI, MT, CO, CT, GA, FL, IA, and more.
• Company covers lodging + $50/day per diem.
• Mileage reimbursement or flights provided depending on project location.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
