Construction Superintendent-Commercial Retail Remodel

We’re looking for a hands-on Commercial Remodel Superintendent to lead grocery store remodels and retail buildouts across multiple active job sites. • Lead day-to-day field operations across 4–6 active remodel and buildout sites
• Set the standard for quality, pace, safety, and jobsite organization
• Build, direct, and manage field crews to deliver high-quality results
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics to keep projects running smoothly
• Maintain project schedules and ensure consistent progress across all sites
• Communicate effectively with crews, leadership, and stakeholders

You’ll play a key role in both leadership and hands-on execution, including:

• Finish carpentry (trim, detail work, scribing, precision installs)
• Cabinet installation and coordination
• Commercial doors, frames, hardware, and entries
• Suspended ceiling systems
• Metal trim work and detailed field fabrication

• Extensive experience in commercial finish carpentry
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple job sites
• Strong organizational skills and schedule discipline
• Clear, confident communication in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and valid Wisconsin driver’s license
• Retail or grocery remodel experience (preferred, not required)
