Role Overview

We are seeking a Construction Scheduler to support a large-scale, next-generation industrial development involving advanced automation, robotics, and high-tech logistics operations.

This project combines the pace of commercial construction with the complexity of modern industrial facilities and automated systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and driving project schedules while partnering closely with project leadership, field teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for either:

  • An experienced Primavera P6 scheduler seeking exposure to cutting-edge industrial projects, or
  • A construction professional with strong project engineering, field coordination, or project management experience looking to expand into scheduling and project controls.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain logic-driven CPM schedules using Primavera P6
  • Build and update project schedules aligned with construction execution plans and project milestones
  • Coordinate schedule updates, progress tracking, forecasting, and reporting
  • Work closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure schedule alignment
  • Identify critical path activities, schedule risks, and recovery opportunities
  • Participate in weekly planning and coordination meetings
  • Assist with schedule recovery planning, sequencing analysis, and mitigation strategies
  • Review procurement activities, long-lead equipment deliveries, and construction sequencing impacts
  • Support executive reporting and project controls documentation
  • Help drive accountability and schedule transparency across project teams


Required Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
  • Experience supporting vertical construction scheduling, project controls, project engineering, field coordination, or project management activities
  • Understanding of CPM scheduling principles and construction sequencing
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Willingness to work on-site and engage directly with project teams


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of construction scheduling or project controls experience
  • Experience with commercial, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, warehouse, or large-scale vertical construction projects
  • Experience supporting fast-track construction programs
  • Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, Power BI, or related construction technology platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
