Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in managing commercial construction projects from initial concept through final closeout. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, subcontractor coordination, permitting, and client communication.

3+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager Required **

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and track project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards
  • Lead the permitting process and ensure all regulatory requirements, inspections, and approvals are obtained in a timely manner
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, managing relationships from pre-construction and planning through execution and project closeout
  • Manage capital expenditure (CapEx) projects such as roofing replacements, HVAC systems, paving, and other large-scale property improvement
  • Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope


Qualification

  • Proven experience managing construction budgets and financial reporting
  • Strong background in coordinating subcontractors and navigating permitting and inspection process
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through completion
  • Experience overseeing major CapEx projects (e.g., roofs, HVAC, paving) preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
