Construction Project Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager, located in San Diego, CA. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all stages of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating project resources, managing vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project documentation. The role also involves monitoring project performance to ensure it adheres to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Coordination
• Strong skills in overall Project Management, including resource allocation and timeline development
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is advantageous
• Leadership experience and excellent communication skills are highly desirable
