What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of projects from client request through completion
• Estimate, schedule, and manage multiple projects across all phases
• Serve as a trusted client partner, delivering the same BCCI quality as our large-scale builds
• Work side-by-side with field teams to ensure projects run smoothly and safely
• Collaborate with Business Development to support new client opportunities
• Coach and mentor junior staff, helping them gain valuable project experience
• Look for smarter, faster ways to improve processes and project delivery

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience (service or construction projects)
• Current experience managing projects with 12–20 week construction schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically four or more active projects at one time within the past year.
• Recent experience in corporate interiors / tenant improvement, including coordination of millwork, furniture integration, lighting design, and architectural finishes.
• Up to Date understanding of standard building codes, city permitting processes, and construction documentation requirements.
• Current experience working with corporate tenants, ownership groups, designers, and brokers, with a strong emphasis on communication and client relationship management.
• Estimating skills
• Solid understanding of construction methods and blueprint reading
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Timberline Estimating, Bluebeam/Adobe, and Procore
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple clients and deadlines with professionalism and a solutions-driven mindset
