Project Manager

Last Vegas, NV - Remote but must travel to home sites.

$70-90k Base Salary with yearly bonus.

About the Role

We’re a large, well-capitalized residential real estate investor actively expanding our renovation and resale platform in the Las Vegas market. Our focus is on acquiring and revitalizing single-family homes to deliver high-quality, affordable housing for new homeowners.

This is a unique opportunity to join early in the build-out of a growing operation, taking an entrepreneurial approach while backed by strong corporate leadership and resources. The team offers a consistent pipeline of projects with significant growth ahead, along with competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses.

Why This Role Stands Out

You’ll step into a high-volume environment with all work provided, allowing you to focus on execution rather than sourcing projects. With strong financial backing, the business ensures timely payments to vendors and subcontractors, creating a stable and efficient operating environment. This is a chance to combine the agility of a growing platform with the security of an established organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management across multiple residential renovation projects, from initial planning and budgeting through execution and completion. Oversee pre-purchase diligence, including property assessments and scope development. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Drive scheduling, cost control, and risk mitigation while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and building regulations, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience managing residential construction or renovation projects, ideally with exposure to single-family homes, rehab, or value-add environments. Candidates should bring strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Experience with property renovation, fix-and-flip, or large single-family rental portfolios is a strong plus, but not required.
