This is a real estate development company which focuses on construction and redevelopment projects throughout the Philadelphia region with an office located in Kennett Square, PA.
The company offers a high-level base salary range based on experience level.
This role has a hybrid work schedule.
The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.
You will work on a combination of both commercial and residential construction projects.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead & oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of real estate development projects.
- Work collaboratively with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop, manage and maintain detailed project plans/schedules, including milestones, risks, and resource allocation.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Navigate zoning, variances, jurisdictional applications/submissions, parking requirements, and code compliance concerns necessary to advance a project through the development process.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
