Robert Half is partnering with local construction firm in the recruiting for a Construction Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience overseeing construction projects from inception through completion. This position requires hands-on field experience and management of vendors.


This is a permanent placement opportunity offering salary plus annual bonus, 401k match and generous time off.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify and resolve potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful, on-time project completion.
  • Prepare and review project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Communicate project updates to clients and internal leadership, addressing any concerns proactively.


Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related business field.
  • Proven experience managing construction projects and demonstrated hands-on field involvement.
  • Thorough understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and project management best practices.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
