About the Role:
The Project Manager will lead construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating teams, and driving successful project outcomes across our design-build, general contracting, and construction management work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Lead communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and cost expectations
- Coordinate with internal teams to drive efficient project execution
- Monitor job progress and proactively resolve challenges
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Experience with design-build and/or general contracting preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Passion for collaboration and continuous improvement
