Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in civil site work and excavation. This role is ideal for someone who not only manages projects effectively but also brings a process-driven mindset to help standardize operations and improve overall project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle management of civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate and manage excavation, site development, utilities, concrete, and paving activities
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures to improve consistency and efficiency
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain strong relationships
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive operational enhancements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing civil site work and excavation projects
- Strong understanding of site development, utilities, and heavy civil construction processes
- Experience improving workflows, SOPs, or operational efficiencies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
