Position Summary:
ISI is seeking an experienced senior Construction Project Manager with strong expertise in vertical construction to provide Owner’s Representative construction management services within a dynamic federal facilities environment to a DoD client. The Project Manager will support a DOD client looking to manage $300M+ in ongoing minor construction and renovation projects, typically ranging up to $5 million in value. This work includes infrastructure upgrades, building system replacements, tenant fit-outs, code compliance corrections, and facility lifecycle recapitalization efforts. Projects are primarily executed through a combination of IDIQ task orders, A/E support contracts, and Government-directed in-house scopes. The Project Manager will provide a wide range of construction management support services to assist the DOD client in the full lifecycle of project delivery – from scope definition and IGCE development through execution, closeout, and reporting. The position will support more senior government project managers and fellow contractor project managers, who will work as part of a larger, integrated construction program. The ability to lead and work as a team and independently is critical. ISI is seeking an individual who will be a clear communicator, take initiative, and embrace project ownership. This position may provide direction and mentorship to more junior teammates.
Essential Job Functions
Manages a portfolio of 5 to 10 active construction and renovation projects, typically ranging in value from $2,500 to $5 million. Project scopes may include interior fit-outs, MEP system upgrades, code compliance corrections, and mission-critical infrastructure replacements, procured through IDIQ task orders, A/E contracts, or Government-directed in-house scopes.
