📣 Lead full-cycle management of telecom construction projects — from permitting to client communication and final delivery.


As Streamline Utilities continues to expand and actively scale operations in the Texas region, we are looking for a Construction Manager to support our growing presence in Uvalde, TX.

This role will play a key part in launching and scaling a newly started project (April 2026), ensuring high-quality execution, strong client communication, and effective coordination of subcontractor crews as operations ramp up.


Position Type

  • Full-time, field-based role (Uvalde, TX)
  • Contract: W-2 or 1099
  • Reports to: Director of Market Development & Operations


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for the client and all project stakeholders
  • Manage client communications, updates, permitting, and reporting for assigned projects
  • Lead project planning and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractor crews (2–10 depending on project phase)
  • Oversee underground construction and fiber deployment activities
  • Support project ramp-up and scaling based on client demand
  • Ensure effective coordination between subcontractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain strong field presence and oversee day-to-day project execution on-site
  • Identify and resolve operational issues before they impact schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Report on project progress and KPIs to leadership


Requirements 

  • 3+ years in construction or telecom project management
  • Experience with underground construction, fiber installation, or utility infrastructure
  • Strong leadership and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and contractors
  • Familiarity with permitting processes
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
