tionResponsible for construction management, safety, and quality on capital projects (retrofit/expansion of existing facilities, clean room installation, and equipment installation for semiconductor R&D cleanrooms) managed by a general contractor. Project budget ≈ $25 million; 8-month schedule. On-site presence required to coordinate daily with contractors and safety/quality person

  • ects.Partner with safety and quality managers to address and resolve safety and quality concerns; coordinate with the contractor, EHS, and the project team to ensure timely reporting of incidents and near misses; participate in investigations, develop corrective actions, and verify their effective
  • ness.Manage day-to-day coordination of construction activities, ensuring contractor effici
  • ency.Ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved project specifications and procedures; identify deviations from plans and implement corrective actions as requ
