We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support an offshore wind project at a pre-assembly harbor site. This role is responsible for monitoring project activities, ensuring accurate cost tracking, and maintaining financial transparency across onshore and offshore operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in cost tracking, activity-based cost allocation, and construction cost control within complex infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and log all site activities, including onshore and offshore operations
  • Allocate costs, invoices, and charges to correct work packages and cost codes
  • Prepare cost reports, summaries, and activity-based financial overviews
  • Collaborate with site management, logistics, and finance teams for data accuracy
  • Maintain auditable records aligned with contractual and project requirements
  • Support budget monitoring and variance analysis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in cost control, project cost tracking, and financial reporting
  • Exposure to infrastructure, construction, or offshore wind projects preferred
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, cost control systems, and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment
