Title: Construction Logistics Manager

Location: Monroe, LA area

We’re looking for a hands-on Construction Logistics Manager to lead material flow, traffic coordination, and onsite logistics for a large-scale construction project. This is a high-impact, boots-on-the-ground leadership role where you’ll be the central point of coordination between General Contractors and logistics teams—keeping materials moving efficiently across a complex, fast-paced site.

✅ What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Act as the primary liaison between General Contractors (GCs) and logistics teams
• Coordinate and manage the flow of materials, equipment, and deliveries across the site
• Direct inbound truck traffic and ensure proper routing across 10+ active locations
• Oversee gate operations, checkpoints, and site traffic flow (dirt road environment)
• Prevent bottlenecks by aligning deliveries with changing construction schedules
• Lead and manage a team of 6–10 onsite associates (traffic, routing, coordination)
• Drive continuous improvement and corrective actions to optimize site efficiency
• Ensure all operations align with customer requirements and project scope

👥 Team & Schedule

• Operation runs Monday evening through Saturday morning
• Shift windows include:
• 🌙 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• 🌙 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in construction logistics, site operations, or material movement
• Strong leadership skills with experience in supervision, coaching, and performance management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving construction environment
• Excellent communication skills—comfortable working with GCs, stakeholders, and field teams
