Key Responsibilities
• Manage a full caseload of construction litigation and insurance defense matters independently
• Handle personal injury and property damage claims within the construction sector
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and insurance carriers
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys
• Oversee case handling, ensuring timely reporting and high-quality work product
• Lead litigation strategy from case inception through trial or resolution
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication

Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience as a Construction Litigation Attorney or Insurance Defense Attorney
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York Bar (NY Bar required)
• Extensive experience in construction litigation and insurance defense
• Strong ability to manage cases independently without supervision
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior attorneys
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
• Substantial trial experience preferred
