Olive Branch, MS Construction Laborer
Job Description
Join our team as a Construction Laborer, where you will play a vital role in remodeling interiors. Your responsibilities will include performing tear-outs, finish carpentry such as trim, doors, and windows, painting, basic drywall and sheetrock work, as well as laying carpet and tile. You will also be involved in basic finishing of plumbing accessories and other make-ready duties for trailers as assigned.

Work Environment
This role is entirely outdoors, requiring work in both hot summers and cold winters. A roof is available for rainy days, but all tasks are performed outside. Dress code is flexible, allowing individuals to wear anything suitable for getting dirty. Our team culture focuses on task completion with approximately five employees in production. Teamwork is essential, but individuals must also work independently with minimal supervision. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. There may be opportunities for after-hours work and occasional Saturdays, though Sundays are rarely required.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
