Join our team as a General Laborer, providing critical environmental cleaning services at a prestigious data center project in Cedar Rapids, IA. This role offers a long-term opportunity to work on ongoing construction cleaning and final cleaning services for a significant project.

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional overtime and Saturdays. The first day starts at 5:30 am for orientation. Pack a lunch with an ice pack as there are no fridges, but microwaves are available. The average workweek is 42 hours. Dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and work-appropriate shirts. ANSI-approved hard hats, safety glasses, safety vests, and cut-resistant gloves are provided unless already owned by contractors. Work is performed 90% indoors and 10% outdoors, with power washing continuing through the winter, so appropriate dress for the elements is necessary. Contractors will work in groups of 4-5 and must check in daily with a 10-minute walk from the parking lot to the guard shack.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
